An official entry form, fee, manuscript or outline (3 copies) and video (VHS/CD/DVD) of a speech must be submitted to be part of the public speaking competitions. The public speaking competition will be judged prior to the convention. Our goal is to encourage young teen ladies wanting to serve God through the ministry of teaching and speaking.

All contestants must title their speeches EMYSTERY based on Colossians 1:27 and develop such to reflect this theme.

1. Be concise. The speech is to be from 8-10 minutes. Points will be deducted for exceeding the time limit.
2. You must present your message to a live audience. We suggest your congregation or youth group.
3. An adult sponsor must supervise the message.
4. Once the presentation begins, there will be no restarting. If any mistakes are made, you must continue on with your message. Edited tapes will be disqualified.
5. The 2009 convention theme on MYSTERY based on Colossians 1:27 must be incorporated into your message.
6. Entrants are free to speak from notes.
